• Inflate the ball properly: Your thighs should form an angle of approximately 110° with your torso. A quick tip: Press your heels against the ball to check that your knees stay below your hips.
• Position it correctly: Sit close to your desk, keeping about 5-10 cm of space between your torso and the edge.
• Relax your arms: Rest your elbows on the desk to reduce tension in your shoulders and neck.
